B: It is a dish from sheep's heart, lungs and liver. It's very tasty.
A: And what do you usually have for breakfast?
B: A traditional British breakfast may consist of cereal, fruit salad or bacon and eggs. And we finally have a cup of tea or coffee after it.

Borsch
Ingredients: 300 g meat, 3 medium beets, 3 medium carrots, 1 medium onion, 1/2 medium head of cabbage, 3 medium tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
To make Ukrainian borsch, first pour water into a large saucepan. Then put some meat into it. Next peel and cut beetroot, carrot and onion. Fry vegetables in the frying pan. Then add sliced tomatoes and cover the frying pan. Stew (протушкуй) the vegetables for some time. Next take the vegetable from the frying pan and put them into the saucepan. Finally, after 20 minutes, cut and add cabbage and salt. Boil the borsch until it is ready. Enjoy your meal!
